No Loop 101 Pima Freeway closures or restrictions scheduled through the holidays

Project on track for completion early next year

All major work for the Loop 101, I-17 to Pima Road project is on hold through the holiday season until after the new year.

The project is in the final stretch with an anticipated completion early next year.

In January crews anticipate completing the last stretch of work on the freeway mainline that will require restrictions and closures, with a final freeway closure for striping on the eastbound lanes between I-17 and Seventh Street targeted for mid-January.
