Alternating lane restrictions on Interstate 10 near Centennial May 10-11

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists to plan ahead for lane restrictions on Interstate 10 near Centennial on Monday, May 10, and Tuesday, May 11.

Maintenance crews are scheduled to apply oil-based sealant to the road.

The following restrictions will occur from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.:

I-10 will be reduced to one lane in both directions between Avenue 75E (milepost 70) and milepost 80.
The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph.
A 16-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.

ADOT reminds motorists to plan for delays, proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down, and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
