Daytime I-10 restrictions planned between Chandler and Casa Grande Feb. 1-2

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for the following restrictions along I-10 between state routes 387 and 587 for lane striping:

I-10 will be narrowed to one lane in either direction from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1 and Tuesday, Feb. 2.

Drivers should allow extra travel time and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through work zones. Construction activities and closures are subject to change based on weather or other unforeseen conditions. ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while paving work is under way.
