Interstate 17 restricted at times Monday (Nov. 30) between Peoria Avenue and Cactus Road

APS powerline work requires short, rolling closures

Drivers who plan on using Interstate 17 between Peoria Avenue and Cactus Road in Phoenix late Monday night (Nov. 30) may encounter slower traffic at times due to overhead utility line work.

Intermittent rolling closures of north- and southbound I-17 lasting up to 15 minutes each time are possible from 9 p.m. (Nov. 30) to 1 a.m. (Dec. 1).

The northbound I-17 frontage road also will be closed briefly during the rolling closures. The southbound I-17 frontage road already is closed due to other construction work in the area.
