Southbound I-17 off-ramps at Seventh Street and Seventh Avenue closed overnight Nov. 15 - 17

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for the following overnight ramp closures on southbound I-17 near downtown Phoenix:

  • Southbound I-17 off-ramp at Seventh Avenue will be closed from 9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 15, to 5 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 16. Drivers can use Durango Street/19th Avenue or Seventh Street as alternate off-ramps.
  • Southbound I-17 off-ramp at Seventh Street will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 16, and Tuesday, Nov. 17, nights. Drivers can use Seventh Avenue or 16th Street as alternate off-ramps.

Upcoming Closures

  • Southbound I-17 on-ramp at Seventh Street will be closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly on Sunday, Nov. 22, and Monday, Nov. 23. Drivers can use the on-ramp at Seventh Avenue. 

Reminder: Southbound I-17 between 19th Avenue and 16th Street will have ongoing restrictions from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights. Traffic will be narrowed to two lanes. 

ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway.
