ADOT seeking public’s input on improvements to Grand Ave., 35th Ave. and Indian School Rd. intersection

Attend virtual meeting Oct. 22, take survey online

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is seeking input from community members, businesses, drivers and others as part of a study to evaluate improvements at the intersection of US 60 (Grand Avenue), 35th Avenue and Indian School Road (known as the Grand-35 study).

The Grand-35 study is looking at ways to reduce traffic congestion and enhance safety, including raising or lowering one or more of the roadways through an underpass below or an overpass above existing roadways. The study will also evaluate potential pedestrian, bicycle and public transit improvements, such as new sidewalks, bicycle lanes, bus shelters and bus pullouts.

ADOT is currently seeking public comments on the Grand-35 study through Nov. 6.

ADOT invites you to learn more about the options being considered and participate in the study process in the following ways:

  1. Visit www.ADOTGrand35Study.com to learn more and provide comments through a survey and online map.
  2. Participate in a virtual public meeting on Oct. 22 with the study team from your computer or smartphone, or call in on your phone.
