Westbound Interstate 10 exit ramp to State Route 83 to close starting May 13

The westbound Interstate 10 exit ramp to State Route 83 is scheduled to close to all vehicles starting Wednesday, May 13, for guardrail replacement.

The guardrail work is expected to take about two weeks and is part of the bridge redecking project.

During the closure, traffic should detour to the Colossal Cave/Wentworth Road interchange and eastbound I-10 to SR 83.

The short connector road between SR 83 and the north side frontage road is expected to remain open during this work.
