Plan for overnight lane restrictions and closures on State Route 69 at Stoneridge Drive in Prescott Valley April 30-May 1

Motorists on State Route 69 in Prescott Valley should expect overnight lane restrictions and closures at Stoneridge Drive from 7 p.m. Thursday, April 30, to 7 a.m. Friday, May 1. The following restrictions will be in place while crews repair the pavement:

  • Southbound SR 69 will be reduced to one lane.
  • North- and southbound left turn lanes on SR 69 at Stoneridge Drive will be closed.
  • Flaggers will direct traffic through the work zone.
  • A 12-foot vehicle-width restriction will be in place for southbound travel.

In addition, Stoneridge Drive will be closed between SR 69 and Second Street.

Detour:  North- and southbound SR 69 drivers can exit at Sundog Ranch Road and continue through Crossroads to Second Street.

The restrictions are needed so crews can complete work to remove the top layer of the existing pavement and applying a new layer of asphalt.

Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
