Drivers on the Loop 101 (Price Freeway) in Chandler, Tempe and Mesa should prepare to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the following restrictions are in place:
UPCOMING CLOSURES
- The southbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Baseline Road will be closed from 9 to 11 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14.
- The northbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Guadalupe Road will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning on Wednesday, April 15,and continuing through the morning of Friday, April 17.
- The northbound Price Freeway will be narrowed to three lanes at Baseline Road nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning on Wednesday, April 15, and continuing through the morning of Friday, April 17
- The northbound Price Freeway ramp to eastbound US 60 (Superstition Freeway) will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning on Wednesday, April 15, and continuing through the morning of Friday, April 17.
DETOUR: Drivers who wish to go eastbound can use eastbound Guadalupe Road to northbound Dobson Road as an alternate route.
UPCOMING FULL CLOSURES
- The northbound Price Freeway will be closed between Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) and Elliot Road from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 18.
DETOUR: Northbound Price Freeway travelers can use the Price frontage road to reconnect with the Price Freeway at Elliot Road. Eastbound Loop 202 drivers can travel north on McClintock Drive to Guadalupe Road to reconnect with the Price Freeway. Westbound Loop 202 drivers can use Dobson Road and travel north to Guadalupe Road to reconnect with the Price Freeway.
- The southbound Price Freeway will be closed at Ray Road from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 19.
DETOUR: Southbound Price Freeway travelers can use the off- and on-ramps at Ray Road to exit and re-enter the freeway.
ONGOING EXTENDED CLOSURES
- The northbound Price Freeway off-ramp at Baseline Road will remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday, April 20.
