Bethany Home Road scheduled to close at US 60 (Grand Avenue) in Glendale April 3-6

Drivers who use Bethany Home Road in Glendale should plan for a weekend closure at US 60 (Grand Avenue) beginning Friday, April 3, while work occurs at the BNSF Railroad tracks.

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to allow extra time and use detours while east- and westbound Bethany Home Road is closed continuously at Grand Avenue from 9 a.m. Friday, April 3, to 5 a.m. Monday, April 6. Note: Drivers on westbound Bethany Home Road will still be able to make right- and left turns onto Grand Avenue while the closure is in place.

Drivers can use Camelback Road or Glendale Avenue for east- or westbound travel at US 60.
