Ramp restrictions on Interstate 10 in Buckeye scheduled for this weekend

Drivers should prepare for delays during special event

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for restrictions on Sun Valley Parkway in Buckeye beginning at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 8.

The Buckeye Air Fair will require north and southbound Sun Valley Parkway (milepost 109) near the Interstate 10 exit ramps to be reduced to one lane for event traffic.

Local law enforcement officers will direct motorists through the special event zone from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8, and Sunday, Feb. 9.

Drivers are asked to use caution, obey posted speed limits and traffic control devices, and use caution around personnel, event attendees and equipment.
