Loop 101 (Price Freeway) Improvement Project – Baseline Road to Loop 202 (Santan Freeway): Closures and restrictions for Jan. 28 to 31

Drivers on the Loop 101 (Price Freeway) in Chandler, Tempe and Mesa should prepare to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while the following restrictions are in place:

UPCOMING CLOSURES

  • The southbound Price Freeway will be reduced to two lanes between Guadalupe and Elliot roads nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 28, and continuing through the morning of Friday, Jan. 31.
  • The Price Freeway will be narrowed to two northbound lanes and three southbound lanes during overnight hours between Chandler Boulevard and Warner Road while crews install new lighting in the median. Restrictions are scheduled from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., beginning Tuesday, Jan. 28, and continuing through early Friday, Jan. 31.

ONGOING EXTENDED CLOSURES

  • The southbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Guadalupe Road and off-ramp at Elliot Road remains closed until 5 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 27.

UPCOMING EXTENDED CLOSURES

  • The northbound Price Freeway on-ramp at Warner Road and off-ramp at Elliot Road will be closed starting at 10 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, until 5 a.m. Thursday, Mar. 26.
