Lane restrictions on Ruthrauff Road, El Camino del Cerro near Interstate 10 begin Jan. 27

Motorists who use Ruthrauff Road and El Camino del Cerro near Interstate 10 in Tucson will encounter lane restrictions starting Monday, Jan. 27.

Ruthrauff Road will be restricted to a single lane in each direction near Highway Drive/Davis Avenue for about two weeks while crews install a water line.

El Camino del Cerro near I-10 will be shifted to the south while crews remove curbing and complete earthwork.

Business access will be maintained throughout the project.

The restrictions are part of the I-10/Ruthrauff Road traffic interchange reconstruction.

Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
