REMINDER: Southbound I-17 exit ramp at Pinnacle Peak Road closed through mid-November

Southbound Interstate 17 exit ramp at Pinnacle Peak Road now closed through mid-November

Drivers will exit at Jomax Road and use alternate routes

The southbound Interstate 17 exit ramp at Pinnacle Peak Road is scheduled to be closed through 10 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17. For the next 55 days, crews are scheduled to build the new off ramp that will take drivers onto Pinnacle Peak Road from southbound I-17 via a new tight diamond interchange.

DETOUR: Exit at Jomax Road. To access areas west of I-17, use the southbound frontage road to Happy Valley Road; then travel west to southbound 43rd Avenue to Pinnacle Peak Road. To access areas east of I-17, use eastbound Jomax Road to southbound 19th Avenue to Pinnacle Peak Road.

Drivers on southbound I-17 should use this detour (see map at right) while the exit ramp at Pinnacle Peak Road is fully closed through mid-November.
