The
Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following
restrictions on SR 79 between Oracle Junction and Florence for road repairs:
- North- and southbound SR 79
will be reduced to one lane (alternating lane closures) from milepost 91
to 96 and milepost 110 to 115 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, April 16.
- North- and southbound
SR 79 will be reduced to one lane (alternating lane closures) from milepost 96
to 101 and milepost 115 to 120 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17.
- North- and southbound SR 79
will be reduced to one lane (alternating lane closures) from milepost 101
to 106 and milepost 120 to 125 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April
18.
- North- and southbound
SR 79 will be reduced to one lane (alternating lane closures) from milepost 106
to 110 and milepost 125 to 128 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 19.
Drivers should expect up to 30-minute delays
at each closure.
Please proceed through the work zone with
caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
