Forest Route 357 in the Tonto National Forest near Superior to close briefly Thursday

Drainage work as part of the project to improve US 60 through the town of Superior will require closure of Forest Route 357 in the Tonto National Forest on Thursday, Feb. 16.

The route, which intersects US 60 west of the new Hewitt Station Road entrance, will be closed to traffic from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The work is part of a project to divide US 60 from Queen Creek through the town of Superior to the junction with State Route 177.
