New Licensing Management System
As mentioned in previous communications, the online Licensing Management System will soon look and feel a little different. We’re moving to a new digital Licensing Management Systems (LMS) for our Health Care Institutions (HCI), which will be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.
The new portal will streamline your licensing content into one location. With just a few menu options, you will have fast and easy access to all the features you used before. Additionally, there will be new options, including the ability to access a copy of your license(s) at any time.
Training Information for the New Licensing Management System
To prepare for the new LMS, we will start by rolling out our first training video. Below, you will find instructions to access the Introduction video. This will be a first look into the new LMS Public Portal, and we ask that you watch the videos in order as this will help familiarize you with the new portal. As we release each training video, we will send additional communications with links and information to get you started.
Self-Guided Training Instructions:
The Training Video Module 1 will introduce users to the Licensing Management System and the different components you will be working in. Additionally, Module 1 will walk you through how to log in to the system and guide you through the basic navigation features. Please access the Module 1 Training Video here and the Quick Guide here.
