The State of Arkansas will observe George Washington's Birthday & Daisy Gatson Bates Day as an official state holiday on Monday, February 17, 2020.
State Capitol Offices and all State Buildings will be closed. The State Capitol Building, however, will be open to visitors from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
The Capitol cafe (500 Grill), and the Capitol Gift Shop will be closed.
