The State of Arkansas will observe Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as official state holidays on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th, 2019. The state will also observe New Year's Day on Wednesday, January 1st, 2020.
State Capitol Offices and all State Buildings will be closed. The State Capitol Building, which is currently decorated for the upcoming Christmas holidays, will be open to visitors on those days from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
The Capitol cafe (500 Grill), and the Capitol Gift Shop will be closed, however.
