(LITTLE ROCK, ARK.) – Arkansas Secretary of State John Thurston would like to remind nonprofit organizations in Arkansas that their required annual reports are due August 1st. These reports can be filed electronically on the Secretary of State's website at www.sos.arkansas.gov.
Arkansas law (A.C.A. 4-33-131) requires that nonprofit corporations file documentation each year with the Secretary of State with updated information, including a current address and the names of their officers and directors.
