Prepare and update your 2019 franchise tax report online at https://www.ark.org/sos/franchise/index.php.

*Contact Business and Commercial Services Division for forms to file by mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

Revoked entities continue to accrue franchise taxes annually until the business is formally dissolved/withdrawn.
Nonprofit corporations are not subject to state franchise tax.
If you have already paid your 2018 franchise taxes, please disregard this email.
