The State of Arkansas will officially observe Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 22nd, and Friday, November 23rd, 2018.
State Capitol Offices and all State Buildings will be closed. The State Capitol Building will, however, be open to visitors both days from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
