Filing requirements and upcoming deadlines
Fourth Quarter 2017 Reports
Political Action Committee (PAC) Reports, Campaign Contribution & Expenditure (CC&E) Reports, and Lobbyist Activity Reports for Fourth Quarter 2017 (10-1-17 to 12-31-17) are due January 15, 2018.
2018 Political Action Committee (PAC) Registration
PACs are required to renew their registration each year and are now required to file online. Registration for 2018 is now available (see the link below). If you are renewing your registration, sign in and click on Administration, which is located on the left hand side of the screen. Click renew registration. Please make sure that you change the registration year, then make any changes and then click update at the bottom of the screen.
2018 Lobbyist Registration
Lobbyists are required to renew their registration each year and are required to file online as well. Registration for 2018 is now available. (see the link below) If you are renewing your registration, sign in and click on Administration, which is located on the left hand side of the screen. Click renew
registration. Please make sure that you
change the registration year, then make any changes and then click update at
the bottom of the screen. Signature Cards will be required when renewing registration so they shouldn’t wait to close to the deadline.
Statements of Financial Interest (SFI)
Statements of Financial Interest are due January 31, 2018. They are not required to be filed online, however if you would like to file online, it will require a signature card be turned in to us before you may gain access to file your report.
