The State of Arkansas will observe Christmas Eve on Monday, December 25th and Christmas Day on Tuesday, December 26th, 2017. New Year's Day will be Monday, January 1, 2018.
State Capitol Offices and all State Buildings will be closed. The State Capitol Building will, however, be open to visitors from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
