BOARD OF DIRECTORS SPECIAL STUDY SESSION

Director George Catsavis contacted the City Clerk's Office mid-afternoon on this date and requested a special study session be called for 5:30 p.m., Thursday, September 11, 2025 at the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas to accommodate the following:
| 1. Discussion regarding the 2026 Proposed Budget |
All remaining directors were contacted whereby Directors Christina Catsavis, Neal Martin, and, although unavailable to attend - Kevin Settle concurred with the request. Director Andre' Good did not concur citing his unavailability to attend. Directors Jarred Rego and Lee Kemp could not be reached.
A called meeting of the Board of Directors requires the concurrence of four (4) directors, which was accomplished as aforementioned; therefore, the special study session will be held as requested.
The Agenda Board Packet for the September 11, 2025 special study session will be uploaded to the City of Fort Smith website as soon as possible. Once uploaded, Notice of same will be provided in like-manner.
