Responding to Water Main Break
The City of Fort Smith Water Utilities Department is actively addressing a 24-inch water main break near the intersection of Phoenix Avenue and Leigh Avenue.
Customers are asked to conserve water, especially by refraining from watering lawns, until further notice. Some customers in the area may experience low water pressure while repairs are underway.
Traffic is affected in the area surrounding Phoenix and Leigh Avenue. Please use caution and consider alternate routes if possible.
