Property Owners Appeal Board Meeting - July 14, 2025

The City of Fort Smith Property Owners Appeal Board will meet at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 14, 2025 at the structure known as the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street, Room B.

The purpose of the meeting is to select a chairperson for 2025-2026; schedule the 2025 appeal hearings for delinquent property cleanup liens; review property inspection activities; and, other matters relating to property maintenance.

Once finalized, the Agenda Board Packet for the subject meeting will be posted on the City of Fort Smith website and notification of same will be provided in like-manner.
