City of Fort Smith Announces Retirement of Chief Human Resources Officer Rick Lolley
Fort Smith, AR - The City of Fort Smith announces the retirement of Chief Human Resources Officer Rick Lolley, effective immediately.
Lolley has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since 2018. Prior to joining the City, he spent 18 years in compliance and human relations at Rheem Manufacturing in Fort Smith. His career spans more than three decades in human resources.
“Rick Lolley has demonstrated considerable experience and instilled a level of professionalism in the city’s Human Resources Department over his seven years as its department head,” said Acting City Administrator Jeff Dingman. “I wish Rick well as he moves on.”
In the coming weeks, the City of Fort Smith will begin the process of identifying new leadership for its Human Resources Department.
