April 24, 2025
At approximately 1:42 p.m., Director Lee Kemp contacted the City Clerk's Office and requested a special meeting be called for 6:00 p.m. this evening, April 24, 2025, at the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street, to accommodate the following:

The remaining members of the Board were contacted and notified of the request whereby Directors George Catsavis, Andre' Good, and Neal Martin concurred. Director Jarred Rego did not concur citing such was due to his unavailability to attend.
Although concurrence had already been attained to call the special meeting, Directors Kevin Settle and Christina Catsavis also conveyed concurrence with the request.
Due to the above noted concurrence of four (4) directors, a special meeting of the City of Fort Smith Board of Directors has been scheduled for 6:00 p.m., Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street.
An Agenda will soon be uploaded to the City of Fort Smith website and as required by law, notification to all interested parties duly provided.
