MEDIA NOTIFICATION
April 9, 2025
At the request of Acting City Administrator Jeff Dingman on April 9, 2025, Directors Andre' Good, Neal Martin, Kevin Settle, and Lee Kemp have called for a special study session to be held immediately following adjournment of the April 15, 2025 regular meeting, which is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street.
A called meeting of the Board of Directors requires the concurrence of four (4) directors, which was accomplished as aforementioned; however and although no longer necessary, Directors Christina Catsavis, Jarred Rego, and George Catsavis also conveyed concurrence to the request.
The purpose of the requested special study session is to accommodate the following:
| 1. Review 2025 Departmental Operating Budget ~ as discussed at the April 8, 2025 study session ~

| A. Water Utilities Department |
The Agenda Board Packet for the April 15, 2025 regular meeting and special study session will be uploaded to the City of Fort Smith website on Thursday, April 10, 2025. Once uploaded, Notice of same will be provided in like-manner.
