Due to anticipated inclement weather on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 and as authorized per Ordinance No. 110-24, Director Jarred Rego contacted the City Clerk's Office and requested the above noted regular meeting be canceled and rescheduled to Friday, February 21, 2025 at the originally scheduled time and location, i.e. 6:00 p.m., Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street.
All remaining directors were contacted whereby Directors Andre' Good, Christina Catsavis, and Kevin Settle concurred with the above request. Although such only requires the concurrence of four (4) directors, which was already attained, Director Lee Kemp also conveyed concurrence.
Directors George Catsavis and Neal Martin did not concur; however, Director Martin requested it be conveyed that he maintained no objection to cancelation, but non-concurrence was based solely on the requested rescheduling of said regular meeting to Friday, February 21, 2025.

An updated Agenda Board Packet with the new meeting date will be prepared and uploaded to the City of Fort Smith website. Once accomplished, Notice of same will be provided in like-manner.
