Director Request to Add Items to the
December 17, 2024 Regular Meeting Agenda |

MEDIA NOTIFICATION
December 13, 2024
On December 13, 2024 at approximately 8:30 a.m., Director Lavon Morton contacted the City Clerk's Office and requested two (2) additional items be placed on the Executive Session presently included on the December 17, 2024 regular meeting agenda, the items being as follows:
- Interview Interim City Administrator Jeff Dingman for the position of City Administrator

- Interview Deputy City Administrator Maggie Rice for the position of City Administrator
|
The requested additions to the agenda requires the concurrence of four (4) directors; therefore, all remaining directors were contacted whereby Directors Jarred Rego, Christina Catsavis, and George Catsavis concurred with request. Director Neal Martin did not concur.
Although not required since concurrence had already been attained, Directors Andre' Good and Kevin Settle also concurred.
Due to concurrence of four (4) directors, the above noted items will be added to the Executive Session presently included on the December 17, 2024 regular meeting agenda.
A revised Agenda Board Packet will be uploaded to the City of Fort Smith website as soon as possible and Notice of same will be distributed in like-manner.
