Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) Public Involvement Meeting for Roadway Improvements Around Downtown Fort Smith
The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is studying the need for and feasibility of roadway improvements in and surrounding downtown Fort Smith.
An open-house, public meeting will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm to discuss the preliminary findings of this study. This in-person meeting will be held at the Harry E. Kelley River Park Events Building West located at 121 Riverfront Drive in Fort Smith. Click here for the meeting location and directions.
Those who cannot attend the in-person meeting can view meeting materials and fill out a public comment form via the website linked below. All exhibits and information presented on the website will also be available at the in-person meeting.
The public is invited to view the information on this website at their leisure. We also invite you to participate anytime during the in-person public meeting's scheduled hours to view exhibits, ask questions, and offer comments.
Online meeting materials will be available beginning October 1, 2024. Written comments will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on October 31, 2024.
