The Mayor's 4th of July Celebration
Join us at Harry E. Kelley Park at Fort Smith’s Riverfront for the Mayor’s 4th of July Celebration!
Gates open at 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 4th for this family-friendly Fort Smith tradition. Fireworks begin at 9:30 pm.
This FREE annual event will feature free transportation, giveaways, food trucks, a star-spangled lineup of LIVE entertainment, and the largest fireworks display in the region!
- 4:00 PM - Streets around the park begin to close.
- 5:00 PM - Gates Open
- FREE transportation begins along Garrison and Rogers Avenues, and North A and B Streets.
- 6:00 PM - Mayor’s Welcome & the River Valley Community Band
- 7:00 PM - Live Music with Back N Time
- 7:30 PM - Live Music with Mr. Cabbagehead and Larry B
- 9:30 PM - Fireworks with patriotic music by the Rivery Valley Community Band
- 10:00 PM - Event Ends
