Board of Directors Special Meeting Called for February 13, 2024 |

February 12, 2024
Director Kevin Settle contacted the City Clerk's Office at approximately 4:45 p.m. and, "per the recommendation of City of Fort Smith Director of Human Resources Rick Lolley", requested a special meeting be called to consider the following:
- Resolution accepting resignation of Internal Auditor

The special meeting was requested for 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street, immediately preceding the regularly scheduled study session set for the same date, time, and location.
All remaining members of the Board of Directors were contacted to seek concurrence with the special meeting request whereby Directors Andre' Good, Lavon Morton, and Christina Catsavis concurred. Director George Catsavis did not concur.
Since a concurrence of four (4) directors is required and already obtained, Director Neal Martin conveyed neither concurrence nor objection to the special meeting request. Director Jarred Rego could not be reached.
The Board will convene into the regularly scheduled study session immediately following adjournment of the special meeting.
A revised agenda will be prepared and uploaded to the City of Fort Smith website as soon as possible. When uploaded, Notice of same will be distributed in like manner.
