Spay & Neuter Vouchers Now Available
Recently, the City of Fort Smith Board of Directors passed a resolution establishing a spay and neuter voucher system for Fort Smith residents who meet certain income guidelines. Each voucher is worth up to $100 toward spay or neuter, rabies vaccination, and microchipping.
