Project Concern / SEP Applicants –
FOR ON-THE-SPOT APPLICATION PROCESSING,
BRING PROOF OF INCOME FOR ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS.
Acceptable income documents include:
- Dated and signed copy of a recent IRS tax return
- Current Social Security benefit letter
- Three most recent consecutive months of income source documentation.
