Right-of-Ways, Easements, Ditches and Alleys
A friendly reminder from your Neighborhood Code Enforcement Division. Property owners and or tenants are responsible by city ordinance to maintain all right-of-ways, easements, ditches and alleyways. All grass and weeds must be maintained under ten (10) inches in height. This care results in a reduction of pests, rodents and mosquito infestation as well as improving the aesthetics of the surrounding area. Your assistance in the maintaining of these areas are greatly appreciated.
