Another improvement project underway.................the campground renovation at Cheaha State Park is well underway and should be ready this Spring. We continue to listen to the comments from our supporters and are taking action on improving amenities throughout the park system. Thank you for our Amendment 2 victory in 2016 that allows us to upgrade our facilities and provide you with a better park experience.
2019 marks the #AlabamaStateParks 80th Anniversary of serving the public. We will continue to improve our facilities so that you can enjoy your parks more than ever. As you enjoy your parks, help us celebrate Alabama's 200th birthday. This bicentennial milestone promotes natural beauty, diverse people and rich history of the State of Alabama.
