Open Enrollment: Now - November 22
Open enrollment only happens once a year. Now is the time for employers that offer Voluntary Supplemental Benefits to notify their employees of their opportunity to review their coverage and select new options if necessary. The plan offers life, disability, and critical care insurance through MetLife.

Counseling appointments are available in both Juneau and Anchorage.To better serve your employees we have the following guidelines when making an appointment:
Walk-in appointments –
Juneau & Anchorage:
- Walk-in hours in Juneau are from 8am-4:30pm only.
- Walk-in hours in Anchorage are from 12-1:30pm only.
Walk-in appointments should be used to submit or pickup forms, review information, or to have general questions answered. If your employees need a review of their retirement benefit and options, or have many questions that will take more than ten minutes, they should make an in-person or teleconference appointment by utilizing the Online Counselor Scheduler or call (907) 465-4460 in Juneau or (800) 821-2251 areawide.
Teleconference appointments -
For members outside of the Juneau and Anchorage area, or those who prefer, teleconference appointments may be scheduled online here, or by calling (907) 465-4460 in Juneau or (800) 821-2251 areawide.
In-person appointments -
In-person appointments can be made to see a counselor in
