Healthy Alaskans 2020 

The State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services and the
Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium invite you to join our efforts in
supporting a healthier Alaska – Healthy Alaskans 2020. 

The vision of our effort is healthy Alaskans in healthy communities. The
Healthy Alaskans 2020 mission is to provide a framework and foster
partnerships to optimize health for all Alaskans and their communities.

The process will consist of identifying a short list of leading health priorities,
setting targets for improvement between now and 2020, and listing some
evidence-based strategies to help reach those targets. Our goals are to
improve the quality of life for all Alaskans, achieve health equity, and
promote healthy environments.

Be a part of the effort by telling us about health priorities for you
and your organization.

10-15 minute survey and to find out more about this initiative. Then, please
register for our GovDelivery email list so you’ll be sure to receive updates and other
opportunities to get involved throughout the year.
