and Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) providers
postponed transition from Conduent to Optum
The Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) has made the decision to keep Acute Psychiatric, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), and Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) services with Conduent through June 30, 2022.
As a provider of Acute Psychiatric, PRTF, or BHA services this means you will continue to request service authorization from Comagine (subject to the provisions of DBH Guidance Document #5 – COVID-19 Provider Operations). Conduent will continue to process claims for these services.
DBH will provide additional guidance regarding the transition of these services to Optum at a future date.
