Mental Health of Alaska Families Survey
The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services is conducting a series of surveys related to the mental, physical and educational impacts of COVID-19 in order to direct policy. DHSS asks families to complete the third survey on impacts specific to mental health.

New Alaska ECHO Projects - COVID-19, Mental Health & Developmental Disabilities
The UAA Center for Human Development ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) Project connects a team of interdisciplinary experts with primary care providers, other health services professionals, and community members to help participants support individuals and their families with health and disabilities related needs.
ECHO projects currently offered include weekly sessions specific to the current COVID-19 health crisis and a new session related to mental health and developmental disabilities beginning May 21st though August 27th.

"Now is the Time" Campaign
The US Department of Veterans Affairs kicked off this online campaign focusing on getting Veterans the support they need from family and friends through professional mental health treatment.

Free one-hour COVID-19 Coping Session - Zoom or Phone
The UAA Psychological Services Center (PSC) is offering free telehealth COVID-19 Coping Sessions for people struggling with sadness, loneliness, anxiety, trouble sleeping, lack of motivation or other behavioral health issues while dealing with these trying times.
