Due to the expediency of the BH/SUD implementation plan and the desire to have correct information for you, the November 19, 2019 training is canceled. The next training to sign up for will be November 25, 2019.
Please disregard the email dated 11/18/19 with the attached power points and service authorization request forms for they contain errors. A new set of power points and service authorization will be forth coming
