On Saturday, September 29, there will be a Cal Bears football game at
Memorial Stadium. Lines 36, 52, 79, and F will be on detour from 4:00
p.m. until 11:30 p.m. and service will be affected around the perimeter
of the UC Berkeley campus and on Shattuck Avenue.
Line 36 will serve regular stops on Shattuck Avenue at Durant Avenue
(to West Oakland BART) and on Durant Avenue at Shattuck Avenue (to
Berkeley) as well as a temporary stop on Oxford Street at University
Avenue. Line 36 will not serve stops on Bancroft Way.
Line 52 will not serve any stops around the perimeter of the campus.
The first and last regular stop for Line 52 in Berkeley will be on
University Avenue at Shattuck Avenue. For service to the UC Berkeley
campus, a temporary stop near The Crescent at the eastern end of
University Avenue will be served.
Line 79 to Rockridge BART will serve regular stops on Durant Avenue
at College Avenue and on Warring Street at Parker Street, but not stops
between these two points.
Line 79 to El Cerrito Plaza will serve regular stops on Piedmont
Crescent at Dwight Way and on Bancroft Way at College Avenue, but not
stops between these two points.
After serving the stop on Hearst Avenue at Shattuck Avenue, the first
regular stop for Line F to San Francisco will be on Shattuck Avenue at
Center Street. Line F will not serve stops around the perimeter for the
UC Berkeley campus.
