Killing Copper

Kudos Cable Office!!
kudosThank you very much for the prompt courteous and efficient response.

Marcella
Montgomery County, MD

After a two week wait for Cable to reply, our issue was finally resolved (with the help of Mr. Watkins!!) by a supervisor in Baltimore I believe. It has been an ongoing series of billing issues that hopefully are now resolved. I am very pleased that the County stepped in to help me. They had the problem resolved within days....

When I disconnect service, when does the billing stop?

When a subscriber contacts the cable operator to disconnect service, the billing for the monthly subscription should stop the next day.
