The week-long residential summer camp programs at the Everglades Youth Conservation Center offer a fun, safe and affordable way for kids to develop skills such as paddling, fishing, eco-equestrian, wilderness camping, hunting and more. Register now for EYCC camps, which are offered June through August in western Palm Beach County.

EYCC summer camps are available to kids completing grades 3-8 and cost $360 per session, which covers food, lodging and instruction resources. Some camps require an additional fee.

Though the emphasis of the materials presented at each camp is different, all campers will have hands-on opportunities to learn outdoor skills from qualified instructors. Campers also will learn about conservation to ensure the next generation is prepared to become stewards of Florida’s natural resources.

The EYCC Youth Camp was created by individuals who cared deeply about conservation, wildlife in natural habitats, and preserving a way of life. The camp is part of the Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network, a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) program dedicated to Creating the Next Generation That Cares™ about fish and wildlife conservation. This successful program works with 350 partners to introduce kids throughout Florida to fishing, boating, shooting sports, wildlife discovery and conservation stewardship.

The EYCC is at the J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area, 12100 Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412.
