You were able to identify that:  

  • You are taking an official action by voting.  
  • The discussion on re-evaluating road development could lead to a financial impact (your property value) later.  
  • The financial impact, if it occurs, would be on you since you own the property next to the land where road development could be re-evaluated.  

At this point, discussing re-evaluating the road development could lead to a financial impact, but it is not certain. Maybe the Board decides it’s not a good idea to move forward or there’s another project that becomes priority. Either way, the vote to either discuss or not discuss the re-evaluation does not lead to a certain financial impact.
