Would you like to become an Estate Monitor?

Estate Monitors help us make sure that estate maintenance and communal cleaning - such as grass cutting and other shared‑area services - meet the standards you expect.

As an Estate Monitor, you would tell us about:

• the quality of the services you receive
• any issues you notice on your estate

Your feedback goes directly to our Tenancy and Estates Case Managers or Sheltered Case Managers at Somerset Council. They will follow up on concerns and challenge any service failings where needed.

Estate Monitors are a valued part of the Somerset Council Estates Team - and we very much appreciate the important role they play in improving our neighbourhoods.
