If you’ve been thinking about quitting smoking you are not on your own. Smokefree Somerset is here to help, and it’s completely free.

Last year, the service supported 2,450 people in Somerset who wanted to quit smoking.

You’ll get friendly support from a trained stop smoking practitioner who will work with you in a way that suits you. That might be one‑to‑one support, group sessions, phone support, or digital support, whatever works best for you.

You can also get help with cravings using licensed stop smoking medicines and other products, including approved vapes, if suitable.

And it’s not just about your health. Quitting smoking can also save you a lot of money. On average, a smoker spends £2,488 a year on tobacco products. That money could go towards bills, food, treats, or something nice for yourself.
